Zoom – Coffee Tea, and Wine

Before Covid, I had a prosperous, active Art Studio… and then the Pandemic arrived… and life as we new it was shut down.

Now what ???  I am fortunate to have a husband and son in the computer industry, and they intoduced me to an App called Zoom.  I called a few friends and suggested we gather on Zoom for a “Wine Night.  We could drink some wine and whine about the pandemic.  We did this for several evenings and then inquistive, creativity began to stir.

Could we paint together on Zoom?  How can we do this … not everyone has art supplies at home.  So I decided we could have a watercolor class using coffee, tea, and red wine as our paint.  If we didn’t have a brush, we could use a Q-tip or even our fingers.  Everyone has a pen or pencil to use for drawing.

VOILA!  Our first art class on Zoom was born, “Painting Flowers with Coffee, Tea and Wine.”
